Job description:

The expectations from a BDE are:

  • To provide leadership to the pre-sales team

  • To create and identify opportunities

  • To follow up on the identified opportunities and win deals

  • To Manage existing accounts and mine them for additional services

  • To participate in proposals, RFI and RFPs

  • To Make outbound sales calls to prospects

  • To Prepare necessary Marketing collateral

  • To have a 'Can Do, Will Do' approach, initiative & Innovative ideas

Skills :

  • Good communication, presentation and business engagement skills

  • Familiarity with Manufacturing/BPO industry in and around Pune area

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing technology will be a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1year of business development experience

  • Experience in selling software services is required

  • Experience in proposal preparation is required
