Job description:The expectations from a BDE are: To provide leadership to the pre-sales team To create and identify opportunities To follow up on the identified opportunities and win deals To Manage existing accounts and mine them for additional services To participate in proposals, RFI and RFPs To Make outbound sales calls to prospects To Prepare necessary Marketing collateral To have a 'Can Do, Will Do' approach, initiative & Innovative ideas
Skills :Good communication, presentation and business engagement skills Familiarity with Manufacturing/BPO industry in and around Pune area Familiarity with Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing technology will be a plus
Experience:Minimum of 1year of business development experience Experience in selling software services is required Experience in proposal preparation is required
